As I sit here, I think about all of the times
that I laid here, and told all my innocent lies

My friends dad and girlfriend died in a car accident when a drunk driver jumped lanes and hit them in the left side while his dad was driving. His last name was Ritten, hence the Ritten In Pen. Parts of the song are for his dad, parts are for his girlfriend. Me and him stayed up all night and wrote this together. Haven't made it an official song yet, but I'm pretty sure this is going to be the first song on my bands album that we're recording around christmas. Comments are always appreciated and criticism/ideas/corrections are always welcome.
