Bella 11-20-2002, 09:35 PM Are any of you familiar with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0? If so, or you know anyone who is, PLEASE let me know. I have a project due next Wednesday, and I don't know what I'm doing. I need help!
Thanks in advance.
*keeping my toes crossed*
HockeyFighter 11-20-2002, 09:50 PM Wow good one.
Bella 11-20-2002, 10:03 PM What do you mean, "Wow good one"?
STFU.
I need some help here!
LukeDothSucketh 11-20-2002, 10:03 PM I did it before, but I may be shaley on it, PM me on what you need help with.
LukeDothSucketh 11-20-2002, 10:05 PM BTW, I dropped that course and vowed never to program again because it was the worst **** I had ever done in my life. I highly recomend you stop learning how to use that gay ****.
Bella 11-20-2002, 10:09 PM Trust me. I'm not learning it by choice. I have to have it in order to graduate.
And I agree. It's horrible. It's the worst thing I think I have ever experienced.
Bella 11-20-2002, 10:09 PM Oh, and I think you should do my project for me.
I'll give you a dollar.
Bella 11-20-2002, 10:12 PM Here is the link to the project:
http://csciwww.etsu.edu/jenkinss/csci1800/project2.htm
I also have my instructor's .exe file. He made the same program to show us how it is supposed to work.
Anyways. If you have any suggestions of where to begin, let me know, haha. Or, if you really want a challenge and decide you want to do it, remember, I'll give you a dollar.
I'm telling you. This is rough ****. My grades are really good considering I have such a ****ty understanding of the material. The worst part is, I have to take Visual Programming Advanced Concepts next semester.
LukeDothSucketh 11-20-2002, 10:20 PM you;'re ****ed I'm sorry.
Bella 11-20-2002, 10:33 PM Tell me something I don't know.
I'll figure something out for sure. I always do.
It's just extremely stressful.
I've got the database loading at least. Oh, and all of our basic things. IE: centering the application upon run, and stuff.
That's better than nothing. Even if everything doesn't work, and I have basically most things working, I'll still get a decent grade. I'm not too worried about it I guess. If I can get through this semester and next, I'll be fine. And trust me, this is not what I'm going to be doing for the rest of my life. I'm pointing more toward something like web design or networking.

Squezze 11-21-2002, 11:36 AM I'm trying to remember if I used that program in my Engineering Graphics class or not.....
Bella 11-21-2002, 11:36 AM Well...
REMEMBER DAMN YOU!
Squezze 11-21-2002, 11:41 AM Uhhhh. What's the program called where you draw out house plans and stuff called?
Bella 11-21-2002, 11:44 AM CADD?
Squezze 11-21-2002, 11:48 AM Yeah. AutoCadd. That's the one I used. Not the Visual Basic.
Sorry.
Bella 11-21-2002, 11:50 AM Thanks a lot Squezze. Getting my hopes up and then dropping them like a rock. You sick bastard.
;)
LukeDothSucketh 11-21-2002, 03:04 PM I don't see how hooking wires up to computers is much better than typing code pesonally. Computer engineering was just as bad as science for me.
