What different kinds of gloves do you wear while in the gym

I have 2 pairs of USA Grant gloves, any people with a big punch DONT wear these they are like pillows , they are good to lie on the ropes and cover up with

everlast 14oz 4 the bag,dont go 2 a gym but they work fine on the bag

DON'T GO WITH THE CHEAP VARITY THAT YOU FIND IN ANY SPORTING GOODS STORE FIRST OF ALL. Find u some good gloves. You want some padding like some 16oz for the heavy bag, spar with some 10 or 12oz gloves (keep it close to what you would use in the ring)

I don't go to the gym, but if I did I would wear OJ gloves lol

IMF tech training gloves on the bag and mitts(16oz)

Pro-mex and kofightgear for sparring(16oz)

That's funny, Grant gloves carry my power better than anything, save maybe Reyes- which don't fit me well. If you want pillows, look to Ringside w/quad layer foam (ultimates or safety gloves).
