I would know what MA you think is better to be a complete or equanimous fighter.
Please, tell me why do you think it (movements, submissons,...)

the general cansensus seems to be Muay Thai with BJJ is a pretty good mix, I would agree with that for sure. As Muay Thai involves a lot of clinch work also, it has a huge advantage over a more rigid stand up style IMO. Also it is much more free of movement, making transitions from standing to ground much easier

I think so too, but a friend that practices Jeet Kune Do thinks he's in better situation to combine with BJJ because , in theory, he has more freedom to movements and transitions stand-ground, i don't know very well this MA and I couldn't tell him if he was in reason or no.. what do you think?

JKD is good, but I have also heard a lot depends on how progressive your instructor is and how diluted the style is.

For instance, a guy in Australia may teach a strand of JKD that is 1000 times removed from what someone in the US may teach, which may be another step to what someone in the UK is teaching, it is all open to the instructors interpretation.

MT is the best stand up MA to mix with bjj , there is no substitute !!

Bueno si tienes antecedentes en lucha grecorromana u olímpica, para el bjj lo ideal es el muay thai, creo no estoy muy seguro leather que los hermanos sukata tienen una academia en España, pienso que esta ubicada en Madrid, pero si es que existe el sistema en barcelona de vale-tudo por lo general te instruyen en kickboxing,judo y jiu-jitsu o sea clases de varios estilos para que vean cuales son las áreas en que debes mejorar. En definitiva te diría que pongas especial énfasis en el muay thai e incluso una rutina con pesos en el gimnasio.
