Anyone know what was going on in the 300 bars & running song and what started it all?

That's a pretty old song, it was made sometime last year.

The Game is currently involved in a feud with 50 Cent. Fans mostly believed that the rapper was bonding with 50 Cent at the time of The Documentary's release. The Game's major debut album was surrounded by controversy. Soon after its release, 50 Cent felt that the rapper was disloyal for saying he wanted to work with artists with whom G-Unit were feuding, and he formally dismissed the rapper.

50 Cent also claimed that he was not getting his proper credit for the creation of the album. During that dispute, a member of The Game's entourage was shot after a confrontation at Hot 97.[16] After the situation between them escalated, 50 Cent and The Game decided to hold a press conference to announce their reconciliation.[17] Many fans had mixed feelings as to whether the rappers created a publicity stunt designed to boost the sales of the two albums the pair had just released. [18]

Nevertheless, even after the situation had apparently deflated,[19] 50 Cent and G-Unit continued to feud with The Game, denouncing his street credibility in the media and claiming that without their support, he will not score a hit from his second album. The Game responded during a performance at the Summer Jam and launched a boycott called "G-Unot".[20]

After the performance at Summer Jam, The Game responded with "300 Bars and Runnin'", a hard hitting diss going at G-Unit as well as members of Roc-A-Fella Records. 50 Cent had mixed feelings about the situations and placed blame on Dr. Dre for his slow response to stop the fued.[21] The Game continued his attacks at G-Unit with a DVD entitled Stop Snitchin, Stop Lyin'. 50 Cent responded through his "Piggy Bank" music video, which features The Game as a Mr. Potato Head doll and parodies many other rivals. Spider Loc, one of the newest member of G-Unit, began dissing The Game on several mixtapes. The Game responded with "240 Bars (Spider Joke)", a song going after Spider Loc, but also goes after Tony Yayo and rap group M.O.P.[22]

The Game had released images depicting the rap group in many parodies on some of his previous mixtapes. In reponse, G-Unit published a mixtape cover with the rapper's head on the body of an exotic dancer.[23] Although both rappers were once signed to the same label, the feud has lead to many active decisions in order to completely resolve-Wikipedia

Basically, 50 is a ***** who is also a snitch. Game hates him A LOT. If you go to youtube you can see a crap load of G-Unot vids.

What's The Game's problem with the other people he mentions?

Also, what did Dr Dre say to 50 cent when 50 blamed him?

It doesn't explain what Dr Dre did or said to 50 after he blamed him.

Dr.Dre didn't say **** because he's kind of a *****. Dre is, however, getting back at 50 by producing most of Game's newest album...which should be hot as hell!!

The Game is unworthy of Dre's beats...

lol Yeah.. Dre is kinda weak when it comes to fighting back.

I'm asking these questions because I've been out of the rap "game/circle" for quite a while.

The last time I was in it was when Jay-z and Nas were going at it.

Back when ether was hot and Nas was getting tons of praise for stillmatic.

why you say that? The man definitely has worked hard and been through a lot and deserves some nice beats to go along with his nice flow. Say what you want about his lyrical skills but the man has one of the best flows in the game right now. And he knows how to make a classic.

Yep. And the funny part is that in the new Game song, Game ain't doing the hook. I guess 50 really wrote his hooks. All his singles on his first album, he did the hooks.

That's a street single/radio single. That won't even be on the album...

If you gave majority of MC's Dr.Dre as Executive Producer, 50 Cent singing your hooks, Kanye West, Just Blaze , Scott Storch and Timbaland beats they would drop a classic to.

past what album? The Documentary or Doctor's Advocate? We will see come Doc's Advocate...if he still randomly name drops and sucks Eazy E's and Dre's dick even more then he did on Documentary then yeah, I agree, his next albums will suck. But if he comes out with new material and doesn't name drop at all then I have definite faith...

Honestly, Game is really growing as an MC.

Past this album... My Game predictions, first one sold what 5 mil? , this one will sell half and since he is off Aftermath (he left 2 weeks ago), Dre wont **** with him and he will drop off.

The positive one is he matches his sales due to the 50 Cent beef and Dre keeps doing his ****. His legend grows when he plays the Snoop Dogg role on Detox (if it ever drops) and he goes from there.

Ill bet on the first option I said.

His deal with Geffen Records is only a distribution type deal. He doesn't want his next album to have a G-Unit tag on it and rightfully so. I have read many intervies and Dre said he still is/was working with Game because everyone likes that green and Dre also considers Game to be 'bringing back the west coast'.

I predict Doctor's Advocate will ALMOST be as good as The Documentary (probably a lot better lyrically) but will not sell nearly as much because 50 Cent will have something to do with making sure his album gets ****ed up, sale wise.

Could be true, I would picture Dre to produce his next album although the only confirmed producers I have heard are Scott Storch and Cool and Dre.

Yeah, I heard that too...both of those are just fine with me. Cool & Dre has sooooo many hot beats lately and most of the ones he makes perfectly suits Game's flow.

Storch will fit better than Cool and Dre IMO. He did all the keys for Chronic 2001.

Yeah Storch is the ****in man...Dre is ****ing overrated as **** and he's got a lot of producers that do a lot of the dirty work for him and he puts his name on it. One thing I have always noticed when I download some albums it will always say (produced by: Just Blaze) but almost always with Dre it will say produced by: Dr.Dre & Mike Elizondo or Scott Storch or **** like that...when I look at credits it has Dre's name on it but with like 4 other producers doing keys and **** like that.

I just heard one of Game's new songs from his new album, sound's pretty bad ass. I don't know who's rapping in the beginning though, I don't think it's Dre... the voice is kind of deep and I've never heard dre talk normally before

Im an old school Nas fan, So I only want Premo, Large Professor to do his album. Like those two as majority of the stuff on it. I know there are rumours they are the majority two but we'll see.

Still though...one club banger that has some lyrical content in there wouldn't be a bad idea. What he basically needs is just a really catchy single like Hate Me Now or If I Ruled The World.
