Dylan 08-19-2006, 01:04 AM Tomorrow morning I plan on jump starting my day by running for 30 minutes, working out on my boxing bag for 25 minutes, situps, pushups and sets of bicep curls. I plan to get this done within a two hour span. Along with eating egg whites for breakfast, what is the best and most effective order to do this. The following must be done:
-30 minute run
-Eat egg whites
-25 minute bag workout
-Bicep curls
-Situps
-Pushups
I'll be up at 8:30am to start, but I'd like to get this done before around 10:30-11am. I'd like to eat first, but if there's a more effective way, please tell me. Thanks!

Dylan 08-19-2006, 01:08 AM Why ditch the curls, I haven't lifted for two days. Also, I need to throw in situps and pushups in there.
NJFighter91 08-19-2006, 01:10 AM If you're gonna use any weight training at all, do it correctly. What is bicep curls gonna do for boxing?
Dylan 08-19-2006, 01:15 AM True, but I'm using boxing as a form of a workout. Can someone please list these items of things to do in a proper order for me. I understand, but I just want to know certain things such as: should I be doing this all on an empty stomach. Please just drop a post with a list. Thanks so much everyone!

Dylan 08-19-2006, 01:22 AM Okay, sounds good. Can someone please give me a list with the order of all my components that will be most efficient now? Thanks so much.
NJFighter91 08-19-2006, 01:23 AM Dude, that's a stff legged deadlift :p
Dylan 08-19-2006, 01:25 AM Can someone just give me a list of the components I stated in order please. I need to go to bed to wake up early ;) (hah).
Amaro 08-19-2006, 01:43 AM Dude, that's a stff legged deadlift :p
that's actually the best way to do'em though, bending your knees even slightly takes a little resistence away
NJFighter91 08-19-2006, 01:56 AM That works more hamstrings though. Great exercise nontheless.
fraidycat 08-19-2006, 02:30 AM Whether or not you train on an empty stomach depends on whether you want to build or cut. Exercise on an empty stomach to cut, eat 1-2 hours before working out if you want to gain or maintain.
I run on an empty stomach, twice a day if I can. But I would never, EVER, lift weights -- especially big, compound lifts like deadlifts, cleans, or squats -- on an empty stomach. Ever.
Dylan 08-19-2006, 09:04 AM Thanks man, I'm going to eat then right now.
