NJFighter91 08-18-2006, 02:58 PM Little pieces of chicken breasts cut up. In The Heart 08-18-2006, 03:11 PM Little pieces of chicken breasts cut up. What about energy bars? are they good? Ringo 08-18-2006, 03:12 PM Energy bars tend to have a lot of unnecessary stuff in them that can play merry hell with your digestion. If you want a good snack, buy a box of Kashi granola bars. Organic, easy to eat and fill you up. Quality stuff put in them, too. NJFighter91 08-18-2006, 05:20 PM Meal replacement bars are just snickers with more protein. Kashi bars should be good because that's a healthy company. NJFighter91 08-18-2006, 08:45 PM Snack foods... vegetables, fruits ?Snack foods as in small "snacks" between meals. Like I have 3-4 big meals with a good portion of fats, carbs, and protein and those are the biggest meals (500-800 calories) and between those I have smaller stuff like maybe a tuna sandwich or pieces of chicken breast. jumpman_jones 08-18-2006, 08:47 PM o you eat alot, i wake up have bowl of cornflakes later on yogurt and some carrots, then pb&j sandwich lunch and at night if i hungry i have fruit or sometimes a protien shake. This will change when school starts though NJFighter91 08-18-2006, 08:52 PM Yeah, I do eat a lot. But I do a lot of running and boxing itself burns a lot of calories. |
