I was wondering if anyone knows Arturo Gatti's workout/training regimen for any part of his career..i saw the video at the gatti fight of his training for it and it was sick...personally i dont think he does enough sparring and boxing preparation..He also has said he doesnt watch film which i think is a big disadvantage.

He didnt do alot of sparring/boxing before his fight with carlos because they wanted to make him stronger so he could fight better at welterweight, it didnt work though Carlos was still the stronger
