This is shaping up to be a very good card.....

Martin Castillo VS Alexander Munoz should be good.
Jhonny Gonzalez VS Mauricio Pastrana should be good, Pastrana is rarely in a bad fight.
Then there is the main event......

Oh ****, are you serious about Alexander Munoz? Dude, this kid is so red hot. If he were more active, I guarantee you he'd be on more than 1 pound for pound list. And Martin Castillo is almost always in a good fight. This is hot **** man, hot ****.

By the way, Jhonny Gonzalez is ranked number ten at bantamweight by the Ring. Mauricio Pastrana is a junior bantamweight in general, and is ranked in the top ten by the Ring at 115. Alexander Munoz and Martin Castillo are both ranked in the top five at super flyweight, and, strangely enough, they each hold a WBA title.

Its a big Top Rank card and Cotto is the future at Top Rank so I have no doubt Arum will put him on that card, unless Cotto is injured or something and we dont know about it

I see that Jose Luis Castillo was bumped off the Morales card, I wounder if that means Castillo/Corales has a good chance of going down in December?

If Cotto is on that card I'll bet he will go up against some tomato can of the Jr Welterweight division before he gets a shot at one of the elites of the division, mabey next year.

COTTO-CORLEY ON VITALI-WILLIAMS U/C?
**********'s Ricardo Lois has just learned that in addition to Vernon Forrest being added to the Vitali Klitschko - Danny Williams December 13 PPV show in Madison Square Garden, a potential fight between WBO 140 lb champion Miguel Cotto and former champion DeMarcus "Chop Chop" Corley will be making its way to the Mecca as well, presumably as the co-feature.

The fight, should it come off, will be Cotto's first defense of the title that he won last month in Puerto Rico, stopping Kelson Pinto in six rounds. Corley had won the title with a shocking first round knockout of Felix Flores on Showtime in June 2001, and made two successful defenses of the crown. However, he has lost his last two fights.

More details to follow...
