Why is DRZ banned?

I beleive it was because he harassed Snake Charmer. What I don't get though is how other people get harassed and the harasser doesn't get banned in those situations..He'll be back though. :p

Yeah I posted in there that I think he was just banned because this time he was attacking a female.
