I am very quick and utilize speedy jabs and combinations.
Then I move around and keep tagging my opponent up. I just want to see how the fellow boxers on this forum fight.

i've been trying to join a boxing gym for a while now. i think now i am more focused than ever and i really want to box more than i did a year ago. now that i have the transportation and stuff, just trying to figure out my schedule. but i think i have good power and will be a brawler, or in-fighter, maybe mix it up in between.

When I was young it was hit and hit somemore.
Now that Im older I see the value in hit not be hit.

i think in a fight id be a banger. get in side and trade. but sparring at my gym is ultra light and most fighting is done from the outside, so im more of a counter puncher atm.

Well havent fought/sparred in ages now, but when I did I just used to put my defence up and throw minimal amount of punches.
Id just go in and let the guy punch, and I would only throw when I was 200% sure it will land.
I feel very different now, I think Id box much more.

I'm told I'm a brawler. Feint my way in and then throw fast, heavy, flat-footed punches with tons of torque -- been learning to "sit" on my punches and turn the knuckles down to cover and wring every last pound of force from them. Pretty much equal power with both hands -- ambidextrous, southpaw stance, low peek-a-boo guard with constant movement and lots of feints. Did I mention feints? I get hit a lot b/c I'll take one if it means I can land a better one. (It's amazing the reactions that gets, when your opponent figures out that you're willing to get hit!)

**** i'm the meaning of a boxer. IF I ever have to back up i'll be throwing hands and letting my opponent eat em. I'm never in the same place for a second I'll get my combo off and then just go back at an angle and feed my opponent the right when they come forward. I'm blessed with great reach and height at my weight class..

my style is still under construction so i cant tell intell i box more. but it is more in and out thingy I just need time to tell more and more sparring. But i am thinking to do many combo and then go out.
I am fighting in southpaw postion and maybe changing this week because my right shoulder is a bit bothering me and i cant jab for long time.
