I benefit most from cardio, but thats just because of "where I am" with my training. For my size I have plenty of power because of all the weightlifting I do. But, I've been so far removed from any type of pugilistic combat for so long I have no endurance. So now, riding the exercise bike and jump rope is doing it for me.

#1 sparring
#2 jumping rope (stamina/coordination/agility more important to me than power)
#3 heavybag /uppercutbag training
#4 running/swimming
#5 speedbag

in order of importance

I feel I benefit from sparring and roadwork more than anything. They both improve many aspects of my physical attributes and boxing abilities and also make me feel better about myself afterwards.
