Why are some posts and threads being deleted from the Cage. I understand why posts would be deleted from the other forums, but why from the Cage? I thought that, like it says in the title...verbal abuse is allowed. No holds barred.
It seems unfair that if some threads get deleted because they talk about certain members of this board. For example, there was a post titled 10,000 posts about someone that base his life on lies and posting on the internet (no names are necessary, I am not trying to bash him), and it got deleted from the Cage. Then I started a thread complaining about it in the Cage, and it also got deleted.
I think if the mods are gonna have preferences and they are gonna somehow protect the image of some of the members(which is perfectly normal, everybody has friends), then you guys should get rid of the Cage.
Either we all talk about and bash each other without outside restrictions, or we don't do it at all.
Just my 2 cents, this post will probably be deleted soon anyway. :roll:

I think that is a very fair question. I was also under the impression that "anything goes" in there, but if a thread was deleted, it was for good reason.

Have you tried contacting an Admin via PM? I am sure they would be happy to let you know what happened.

The only reason i would know of is if there is a blatant racial slur or bashing on a fighter, if that didnt happen, just message the admins and one of them should be able to help you (i wasnt an admin yet, so i dont know!)

i rarely delete threads and certainly haven't deleted any of yours. i'll ask around 4 ya though and letcha know in pm.

OK OK. It was probably me. Not sure if it is, but, I have deleted threads that those Anti fucks trolled and spammed in. I did not want to delete post after post and so forth. So I just did not want to see their name wandering around and bring asked in 1000 threads... why that person was banned.

True.... anything in the Cage goes. To correct you... DO NOT BLAME MODS for deleting anything. There are no mods in that forum.

As long as the rules are followed per forum, its all good. If somethingis deleted its for a good reason.
