If it says "Banned" and they still have a sig, they are not banned. You are a fool. If it says "Banned" and they have no sig, and you go to check their profile and they in fact have a sig that is not displaying on their posts, they are, in fact, banned. The real way to fool someone is to ditch your sig with the "banned" custom title. That'll learn everybody.
