Do you ever just feel slow and weak. I couldnt do many pullups yesterday. And today Im looking in the mirror and my punches just look slow and weak. Thankyou

Thankyou It could be that you are over-trained. if thats the case, you need to relax and skip training for a week or two. you only have so much energy, and if you overdo your training, then your body tells you to calm the **** down. the result is feeling of weakness and being tired all the time. i've been there and it sucks. good luck platinummatt 07-24-2006, 08:30 AM cheers but no Im not lol. one day Ill put up me doing some bagwork and people can criticise me Toddy 07-24-2006, 09:08 AM sex and exercise dont mix. as sex calms you down, can also drain you for that day too. thats my guess anyway yea m8 u gota ease up on the "bang-bang moan-moan" :D Southpaw Stinger 07-24-2006, 09:54 AM yea m8 u gota ease up on the "bang-bang moan-moan" Thats excercise in it's self so I wouldn't worry! maxorido 07-24-2006, 02:16 PM your not going to have the same amount of energy all the time. there are too many variables such as the amount of stress your under, the amount of sleep you get, your diet, and the amount of calories you consume etc. you just need to stay on top of all those things the best you can, and change up your training every now and then. mayweather 07-24-2006, 02:41 PM take a few days off you could just be worked really hard take 3 or 4 days off and youll come back fresh try switchin up the routine you will see some good results as the body adapts to training if its the same over 3 or 4 weeks and training productivity will slow good luck 2OSouzaSuarez12 07-24-2006, 05:33 PM Yea it happens from time to time i dont know. I must have been pissed, I'm very philisophical when I'm pissed. mini_tyson 07-26-2006, 09:36 AM yeah the weight gain or loss can make ya feel slow sometimes, but sometimes i go to training and feel great I've been a bit over weight recently and for about a week i felt like **** but now i adjusted to da extra weight and i feel really strong but im gana have to loose it again soon bc im fighting. I felt like pure *****, weak, slow, not thinking. Just wasnt all there.
