I don't want to do my upper body workout today, so how many push-ups and sit-ups should I do to get rid of the calories I could get rid of in an upper body workout.

ill tell u what to do.....wanna workout for boxing or just to take pictures with ur freind? if boxing then spar..its the best kinda workout u can get if u want to be a boxer..but if u just want muscles...push ups...sit ups...pull ups, crunches, bunches....muchos...anos, and ull get all muskely!

WHY don't you want do your upper body workout, if you want the effects of it? Makes no sense!
