i joined a gym abit ago and went and started trainin,jus randomly wasnt followin eni programme jus wanted sumthin 2 do,i stopped now coz my m8 stopped goin but in the first week i saw changes,obviously its died down now but i jus wanted 2 know wud that of stayed,or was it just the "pump"

u must be in really bad shape then.ive never seen that at my gym

haha about 2 months ago a retired pro came by and sparred and threw up after getting hit in the body shot

he said it was becuase he was out of shape and he had a protein shake before coming in

I've never threw up but came close once. I had 2 cups of oatmeal and a can of tuna about 30 minutes before going to the gym. Now I eat 1-1.5 hours prior :)

its beacuse i was already sick to begin with dont know why i was there that day, plus they work you there constantly you get one break and it's 30 seconds for water if your not back in the gym you have to run even more so 1 hour with out rest working your ass believe me when i was there i was in great shape
