Pretty much ye. He just throws loadsa punches in the first few rounds. I cant wait until he fights decent opponents in maybe a ten round fight. He wouldn't last lol.

Difficult because he fights at 100mph, I would like to see him work thoughtfully behind a jab and then throw disciplined combo's instead of flurries upon flurries!

kahn has speed and alot of power for his weight but he tends to go for flurries which leave his head exposed, we know hes not glass jawed but i've got a feeling its not granite either so he has to play a little more carefully

Boxrec has Khan ranked 1st in its Lightweight rankings for britain, 2nd in Commonwealth, 6th in Europe, 34th in the world.

In terms of decent up and coming competition for khan - Lee Mcallister is 22-1-0, and is only 4 years older, Lee cook is 25 but he is 7-0-1.

Do people realise that Khan is the only 19 year old British lightweight out there with 8-0-0 i can find? it is an achievement, true one that has to be measured against the quality of his opponents, but all the same. I for one think he has to go to 15-0-0 before he can think about fighting someone like Lee Meager, 20-1-1 with 7 KO's, for the Britis Title. For him to go for it anytime soon would just be belittling the efforts of anyone else with comparable or better records who for one reason or another have not had a chance.
