Hey Guys,
Right now I'm away in Germany studying, and my fitness has honestly just completely gone to **** to put it frankly. Mostly a combination of not working out (like at all) and not eating ENOUGH. But I'm sick of that, and I'm commited to getting my form, both boxing and physical form back. I'm 19 and now only about 135, although my 'fighting' weight is more around 150, and that was back in grade 10 or 11, so I'd imagine the in shape me will maybe be more. The last 2 years I've kinda dropped boxing and just took up competive running and track, but I'm sick of that, boxings just my heart, I shouldn't have left it.
So now the problem is what do I do to get my size back, but maybe more importantly, my FORM back. My technique has just gone to hell in a hand basket. I travel around a lot, so basically I'm limited to what you would find around a house, no gyms for me... Any help would really be appreciated, PunkDrunk, especially you if you're out there, you really seem to know what it you're talking about when it comes to training. Alright Guys, Thanks in advance,
