My chest and legs are not that strong but i dont even lift weights and i can go and do curls with the same weight as people who lift weights and are much bigger than me. Actually, the smaller you are, the more relative strength you should have, so no, not an excuse. Besides, 255 at 215's not that bad. This is not a powerlifting/BB board´, and for a regular person or regular athlete, that's not so bad.
