But take some mild laxatives, steam room, running in a sweat suit, etc. To lose fat quickly...well you can't. It takes time. The Raging Bull 07-10-2006, 03:00 AM It isn't quick, but the best way to burn fat is to make a calorie deficit.Burn more calories than you eat each day and the pounds will soon drop off :) LightsOut Le 07-11-2006, 12:26 PM to lose water weight you can wear a sauna suit and ub abelone on your boldy, which you could lose up to 2-3 pounds of water to lose fat, run and eat right gipanizer 07-11-2006, 06:38 PM To get lots of weight off for making weight or something usually isn't healthy. It takes time. actually i disagree with most of the stuff you said. ive had dramatic fat loss whenever i wanted and i did it healthy. i would stay away from laxatives and steam rooms and sweating weight off unless ure tryin to lose weight tomorrow. it does not take long to lose weight. heres what i always do when i need to lose wieght fast. wake up in the morning run first thing.for at least 30 minutes. eat breakfast but not too big. none of the meals u eat should make u full. this way u stay on a calorie deficit and in a half hour u will realize the meal was big enough to not be hungry. then mid day u should lift weights. this way your metabolism is working fast throughout the whole day. then drink a protein shake after u lift. that will fill u up and be a meal replacement. and then at night try to get some cardio in again at least 30 minutes. and eat a rather small dinner. the working out several times a day keeps ure metabolism high rev. the eating id say 4 meals a day none which get u too full keeps u in calorie deficit. the lifting supercharges ure metabolism. and also drink lots of water all day to help keep u feeling a little full. also u can supplement with fat burners that u can get from any supplement shop. and every 3rd day. eat a big beefy meal. like a steak or something big. with these techniques i lost 30 pounds in 3 months. and during my last cutting phase i used a fat burner and averaged 4.5 pounds lost a week. this is the way to do it healthy. train eat good food and not too much. PunchDrunk 07-11-2006, 07:46 PM I think NJ was talking about losing weight for a fight, since this IS a boxing site. When you're a fighter, and your BF% is already down to 5 or 6, and you still need to lose 6 lbs for weigh in on friday, you have to do something along the lines of what NJ said. Your method is better, and healthier of course, but only if you're 30 pounds overweight and have 3 months to lose it. Most fighters don't. :) gipanizer 07-11-2006, 08:09 PM I think NJ was talking about losing weight for a fight, since this IS a boxing site. Over 1 year and a half, I have finally burned off all fat and feel in top shape. It's not healthy to put the human body on diets in which you hardly eat, just eat healthy, maintain a good training regime, keep running and exercising and it will come, good things take time. vBulletin® v3.7.1, Copyright ©2000-2008, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
