how the hell are you gonna ship that? or, will it be a pick-up only option?

ive sold a couple of small things.
its easy, not a pain in the bum at all.

Takes a while to set up ur selling page, and adjust all the text so it looks attractive. But its really quite simple.

i remember i bought a 300 dollar body kit and it never came in. also i bought the tyson fight collection and it took over a month to come in and then after i got them it was fully complete guess the guy thought i wouldnt know who all he fought so it took like 2 more weeks for the rest of them. so to me ebay is iffy

I'm not positive yet. I'm going half-n-half with a guy I work with so we still haven't thought about it all. We just got the thing. If we ship it, that'll at least run us $300-400 (or more)...so we might advertise it at half price (1600), tell the people we'll pay shipping (hopefully 400 at the most) and we'll split 1200 in half....clean up with a free 600 dollars.

We paid 25 dollars to get this tub. It was going to be scrapped at my work so we just bought the thing...anything we sell it for will be profit. It's a nice tub too.

How do u normally pay? Do u use paypal?

U should check ur My Ebay, and look at ur WON items to see if u have paid.

Well, u should have created a paypal account wen u signed up for ebay, but u can do that now.

With paypal u can send and recieve money directly to and from ur bank account. Its the safest way to pay people on ebay.

So first...google PAYPAL, and sign up.

Then go to MY EBAY, and where it shows u the stuff u have won, click on PAY NOW.

I have sold about a many things off of ebay with no problems.

The main thing is to make sure you get all the money you need out of it. Dont forget that ebay charges you a small amount, not just to list the item but another small percent of the sale price. If you go through paypal, dont forget their fee's as well. Then there are the small things on top of the shipping, like packaging the items, and insurance.

I like to save and reuse boxes and envelopes from items I buy off ebay so I can use them on items I sell there.

so whats up have i bought and paid for this or what im confused :(you committed to buying it but have not paid for it. you need to find out what payment options they accept.
most likely only pay pal. also, if you don;t live in the UK, then you need to make sure that they will ship to the US.
Also, if you are freom the US, you just paid almost double because of the exchange rate.

pay pal is just a form of payment.
you can bid for an item (auction) or you can do the buy it now option (just pay the asking price). paypal is the easiest and fastest form of payment so you get the item faster.

when you press/click "buy it now" you won it and are committing to buy it.
look at the item you "won" and see what forms of payment is accepted: check, cashiers check, or only pay pal/credit card.

talk to your sister, since it is her account i have no doubt that she has a pay pal account set up to pay.
