I have heard quite a few members talk about plyometrics and how good they are.

Are they a form of cardio? And what exercises are plyometric?

Good site Smokin gave me for plyometrics. It explains a lot. It is used for athletes for endurance and explosiveness and speed.

Calisthenics are just another name for bodyweight exercises.
