If Ike is serious about coming back then do you guys think this would be a bout that Tito would consider? He's going to return at middleweight so we might se some good action.

Ike will never be a force again.
Too much time away. It's not like he's just been inactive since the fight with Vargas in 2000. He was only having one fight every year-year & a half, leading up to Vargas.

It's a shame. He could have been a great fighter.
He could have beaten any 147lber had he stayed focused & hungry like the guy who was fighting between '94-'97.

I'd love to see quartey back, but he needs some rounds if he's going to consider getting in with Tito.

Quartey was always one of my favorite fighters to watch, I'd love to see him back. But if he goes against Trinidad before he gets a few fights in, he would be retired again quickly. On Saterday night that was as sharpe as i've seen Trinidad since his early days.

Quartey vs Trinidad? Hmm Tito, DLH was able to get Quartey down 2 times in their fight @ 147, while vargas @ 154 was not able to get him down once. Tito @ 160, should be able to KD Ike maybe even KO since Ike has been inactive for so long

After seeing Tito fight like that on saturday, its almost hard for me to judge a fighter after they have been away for so long...

But would Tito have been so successful against a fighter that didnt stand right in front of his face like Mayorga?

Maybe not as dominant but he would have beaten Jermain Taylor last saturday night.
