Today in sparring i threw left hooks liek it was my only punch....and i couldnt figure out wich would hurt more if landed....


would it be mroe effective on the liver(below the ribcage) or right on the solar plexus?

I think liver is more vurnable than solar plexus.

Many fighter got KOed by liver shot.

both effective blows but a blow to the solar plexus of a person who tenses their stomach muscles has little effect beyond slight winding but a liver shot gives an incredible sense of nausea and pain and completely takes the fight out of someone
