Yeah its annoying as hell.

The problem seems to be solved, has not happened to me all day. A few times the server went down for a minute or two as we are tweaking the backend today, but the problem 7001 has described seems to have gone away for the moment.

It was happening to me earlier this evening over and over again but now it seems to be fine.

I used to have it happen to me all the time, and I mean all the time. I havent had it happen to me since I made a few changes yesterday.

Actually, the site seems to be running 10 times faster for me since yesterday.

BPP when it happens to me its like you cant get on for 10mins but its fine after it happens bout 2wice a dday

It was happening to me today at work. I finally got in about 4:30 pm est. By that time it was time to go home. But yeah BPP it's still happening. A couple of times last night after I had said that it hasn't happened in a while. :rolleyes:


It seems to only happen when I want read a thread or after I get done writing a post. It's pretty annoying.

It appears the problem has been located. It was one of our firewalls being oversensative and temp blocking people out when certain calls were made from the forum script.

The site hasn't crashed on me today.

Server updates done for the last few days to get the site up to speed. Most of the updates have to be done at night when traffic is less, but may cause issues for users that come on at night.

I can post but every time I try to make a thread I get the can't find server page.

It crashes my Firefox every 3 to 5 minutes (using the Mac Pro). But not my IE or Safari.
