Wich is better breakfest. Is it cerials with milk or muesli with milk? They have both about the same amount of protein in it. And it says there on cerials that it has vitamins there too.But the muesli has oat and wheat in it.

Cooked oatmeal with some soymilk and fresh fruit....muesli is usually insanely high in fat and most refined cereals are garbage foods basically innoculated with synthetic vitamins.

'Synthetic'vitamins are somehow inferior to 'natural' vitamins?

'Synthetic'vitamins are somehow inferior to 'natural' vitamins? When you are paying 5 bucks for a box of crap-flakes that merely act like a delivery system for them they sure are. Why bother wasting your time when you can just pop 2-3 Solgars in your mouth and wash it down with some Bolthouse Farms green goo?......I am curious Dr. Pugilist what are your physical stats? You seem to pipe in with contrary opinion whenever I post...the "calories burned during different boxing workouts" fiasco makes me think that you are a ****ing clueless sophist shilling out fugazi advice based solely on the mnemonic inference of your posting nick.

good german mueslis are great because they don't have all the artificial flavorings and colorings and what not. The stuff you get in the us is usually junk for the body... unless your body is used to it

The muesli with out sugar added is a good breakfast, allthough oatmel is the best. And just forget about cereals like cornflakes thay suck.

I agree, get some oats into your system...by far the best. If you're like me and you dont like oats on their own, add some sultanas for a very very nice breakfast :D
