speedoverpower0 07-01-2006, 06:54 PM I injured my wrist, its a bad sprain. I cant put pressure on it or it hurts really amazingly bad. I can still do ab exercises but is there anything I can do that wont involve my wrist for training for the next week? (I cant shadowbox either cus if I go my normal speed with the hand it hurts too)

Manfredo Jr 07-01-2006, 07:02 PM **** , my mate did the same , it can take up to 2 months to heal!
get out runing , do lots of runing , it will keep you fit , go for a run in the morning and a run at night , if you want to feel fit when you go back to training.
gd luck
and i hope it heals quick

If its a sprain go to the herbal shop and buy some manganese not magnesium MANGANESE.
First 2 weeks 50 mg daily divided After that 15-30 mg daily
Drinking lots of milk aint going to do ****.

No not at all, if u have broken ur wrist i advise:
a hight potency multi vit
vic c 500to 1000mg 3 times a day
vit E 200 to 400 International units daily
Flaxsedd oil, 1 or two tablespoons daily
Osteoprime-two tablets daily(contains a full range of bone nutrients for bone health
Boron(as sodium tatrahydaborate 6 to 9 mg daily
And eat a diet that focuses on whole unprocessed foods like whole grain, legumes, veg, fruits , seeds and nuts
Eliminate alchole sugar and caffeine till ur fixed as this will speed up the healing process
