I decided it to be the last fight, I fought against a brazilian with a brown belt in a closed doors fight, at the beginning as always I tried to ko him cause Im a good striker wich doesnt mean Im a bad grappler, well this guy went for the clinch and I could reverse him and got the takedown I started with elbows and some punches, his guard was excellent as most bjj guys, he tried to arm bar me twice but since it was allowed I started with the head butts and that was it I finished him, I must admitt that I was only training twice a week for only 2 hours and also I wasnt prepared for this fight so since I go to the university and have a job right now as a free lance, I decided to quit not training but fighting because under any other rules without headbutts I think I could have lost. fighting its dedication its 100% so this was my last fight.

Well I love to fight but it requires as I wrote 100% dedication, Im just an amateur fighter but I used to train 2 years ago 2 hours of jiu-jitsu in the morning after a meal cardio and some swimming then later 1 hour of wrestling and vale tudo and finally weight training and boxind at the end of the day. but right now I dont have time I must confess Im out of condition and I only won due to the head butts in a professional fight with other rules Im done if Im not prepare so for all of those in this forum that train you got my absolute respect and keep training, cause when the day comes its not a picnic day!!!

Well at least you got it out of your system and you can walk away from it with dignity. I respect that.

It's not your last fight and you know it. Once you've had a taste, you will always have a craving in the back of your head.. and the only way to fill it is to give into it. Once you take a taste, you can never just stop and walk away and think it's behind you. You're taking a break right now, but like everyone else, you're going to go back eventually.

Thanks everyone.

The head butt is one of the stupidest moves in fighting. Why would you crack your own head on someone else's? Use your hands!
