MrSmith 06-24-2006, 01:04 PM good interview. seeing as he fights out of SD, i would like to train with the city box team, just have to wait and see if i can get some funds together.I'm from the L.A. area, but have alot of peers from S.D. 2 of my buddies were former members of CB. Their advice was to stay the f**k away from the place. WHY? Because once you've handed your money over, you're on your own. Vera might be a good fighter. But the gym don't give a rat's ass about their student's progression as a practitioner or competitior. If you do a research on his background, Vera the fighter wasn't developed by CB, it's all those other places and experiences in the past that has made him into what he is today! |
