If that's you 2tough, then you're a grown man. What are you doing telling a 16 year old kid "I can KO you easily" just because he post a vid of himself shadowboxing?? Pathetic man, get a life.
On to the vid; Your kicks look pretty good, I wouldn't know though, since I'm a BOXER/coach and this is a BOXING website. Your punches, like most kickboxers, are subpar and won't cut it in boxing though. You're off balance, basically falling into the bag when you throw combinations. Also your footwork is too clumsy for boxing. It may work okay for kickboxing, but it doesn't for boxing. That's one of the differences between the two sports.
Oh, and prohibiting people from commenting on the thread is just pure cowardice. When you put people down like that, you should take the backlash like the grown man I see in your video. :rolleyes:
