when theres 1 person in the checkout lane in the supermarket and they are only buying one thing and it takes forever and ever to check out sucks

getting dizzy watching a movie on imax suck

HockeyFighter 11-14-2002, 08:16 PM GARTH SNOW ****ING RULES!!! His goalie pads are so ****ing huge. He just started wearing them tonight and they are so massive it is comical. The NHL definately has to do something about the size of pads.

How to Make Oatmeal Cookies
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Quaker Oatmeal Kitchens has dubbed this recipe "Quaker's Best Oatmeal Cookies." Whether you make cookies or bars, this recipe is sure to please. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. softened butter or margarine
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. rolled oats
Steps:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F and line some cookie sheets with baking parchment - or grease some cookie sheets, or use nonstick cookie sheets.
2. Beat together butter or margarine and sugars in a large bowl until creamy. (Images 1 to 2)
3. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
4. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices in a smaller bowl.
5. Add flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture and blend well.
6. Stir in oats. (Image 3)
7. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet. (Image 4)
8. Bake 8 to 9 minutes for a chewy cookie or 10 to 11 minutes for a crisp cookie.
9. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack.
10. Cool completely and store in tightly covered container.
