500 pounds, i punch it when i get really mad, and lemme tell u, thats often, i punch it in preperation of fighting animals, cause u know, im just that damn tuff :boxing:

I've got one that weights about 60 lbs and one that's 80 lbs. My friend has one of those floor based ones filled with 300 pounds of sand, I go over his house and use that one mostly.

I have 2, one's 100, the other 200, I switch between them, I work more on speed on the 100 and more on power on the 200, its worked pretty good for me

235, alot of muscle but I won't lie I have alot of fat too, but I am trying to work on that, everybody at the gym says I am really quick for my size tho, oh and i only just turned 16

The weight isn't so important. You want one that is not so hard as to damage the hands, nor so soft as to offer no resistance....
