What will be the difference on the cards?
This is always a tricky proposition, not just for the bettor but for the handicapper as well. It not only takes into account who will win, but what the CUMULATIVE difference will be on the scorecards.
What we mean by that is this: if Taylor, for example, wins by one point on two of the judges' cards and loses by three points on the other, he may win the fight but his backers are the loser of this proposition.
Here, we add up the TOTAL points on all three cards and calculate the difference.
THE CHARLES JAY LINE
Jermain Taylor -7.5 pts.
Winky Wright +7.5 pts.
If the fight ends inside the distance, even with a technical decision, this event will be abandoned.
NOTE: As has been pointed out already, the vBookie script will not pay out more than 2 billion. So please coordinate your bets accordingly.
