Ive got a few more weeks til i got back to pre season training, although im still doing my running and bag work i can defo see a drop in over fitness. Does any have a routine that i can do purely to get a higher level of fitness in time for when i go back. Like a circuit etc

Kinda hard to give any advice, when we know NOTHING about this guy... What's your age? Weight? Training experience? What sport do you train for?
What's this pre-pre-season training? That makes no sense.
If you're looking for a routine that isn't specifically for you (something that fits the above questions+ a bunch of other factors), why don't you just google something, and use that?

it depends what ur training is during the season. at my club we do speed, stamina and technique all through the season and now our season has finished were doing a lot of power training by doing weight circuits.

we call it bar and bag, 3 mins on the heavy bag 3 mins jumping over the sit up bench jumping from one side to the other at breast height. keeping ur knuckles face down on the sit up bench all the time. Its hard to describe but its kinda like when u jump over a fence, u put ur hands on the fench and in one big jump in jump over, just like that but keep going from one side to the other then bag on the heavy bag etc keep going. I used to do this for 45 mins without stopping.
