Did the PPV #'s for the tito-mayorga fight come out yet?
I wonder how much each guy got b/c mayorga is "retiring" so he must feel pretty good about something he got in his pocket. I dont even know how much each fighter was guaranteed. Does anyone that and if they got % of the PPV? Or did Don King take it all to invest in his own boxing network to rival Showtime and HBO? lol that would b kool...non-stop John Ruiz fights haha.

I heard that Tito got 10M plus 60% of the PPV earnings.

I think Mayorga got 3 mil and I don't know if he got part of the gate or PPV totals or not...
I'm interested to see how many buys it got in comparison to DLH numbers, Morales numbers, and up against big heavyweight fights of the past.

The Ricardo Mayorga vs. Felix Trinidad “Back with a Vengeance” main event produced enough adrenaline to lift the 17,046 fans in attendance to their feet, grossed the third largest gate in Madison Square Garden history, with $4.65 million, and most certainly is a candidate for the celebrated “Fight of the Year.”

The numbers will be out next week or late this week, it will take a few days.....I thought tito was getting 10 million or above for each fight from here on out????.....Tito is still a HUGE draw and I see no reason for him not too...with 17,000 in attendance for a comeback fight is pretty impressive....

I think you have to take into consideration the population of puerto ricans in New York. The venue was well selected for his comeback.
