If you hit the bad harder will it really make that muc differnce to the bag swinging Thaknyou ie putting weight into punch

The bag swings a lot more if you hit it harder. But it depends on how heavy the bag is. The heavier the bag, the less it swings.

you want the bag to kinda fold and then bounce. swinging should'nt be a priority, though it will happen when you throw combos.

The bad will swing the harder u hit it, dont be tempted to push ur punches though to make it swing. Should be crisp punches.

You should be hitting the bag sharply, not pushing it.....

always snap your punches
pushing a punch makes you leave it out...as soon as you throw the punch and feel the connect..bring it back to your face
