I have solid power, but during the first few weeks it took me a while, and my coach remarked that my jab was stronger then my right, but now i got it all under control so my right is the strong hand and thats the way it should be.

To be quite honnest, some of u will be like yeh right but putting my weight behind my punches was easy for me from the start, i dont know why, but the trick is to perfect enough weight behind the shot without going over the top, ie over committing and then leaving yaself to be countered, i try not to throw my head past my front foot.

i could always get alot of power in my punches in foreman-like swing/hooks but i could only do about three before panting like a ***** on heat!!

i'm pretty good now i have decent speed and loads of power

I'm starting to really perfect it now after nearly two months of hard work.
