Worst decisions ever:

Ali vs Ken Norton III - Ken Norton clearly should of been the HW champion of the world after that match

Felix Trinidad vs Oscar Delahoya - This is obviously a case where the judges allowed their emotions affect how they scored the fight, they ignored the facts.

Lennox Lewis vs Evander Holyfield I - A Draw? Hell no Lennox won that convincingly.

Additions?

Personally, I disagree with your assumption of Ali-Norton III...I felt Ali won the fight, if by the slimest of margins.

However, Lewis-Holyfield I does make the cut as does Foreman-Briggs, Whitaker-Chavez, Louis-Walcott I, and a few others.

Not to sound argumentative how do you figure that was even an SD that was MD, plus Lastarza was down and there was only about one round in question all the oters were basically clear cut for marciano or lastarza. but whatever it was controversial but it wasn't the worst decision ever.

Maybe a bad decision not the worst was Louis-Walcott I

I haven't seen Ali-Norton III in years.... but i do remember thinking it was a terrible desicion. I'll have to watch it again and see what i think now.

Well, once again, one man's opinion; but I don't think Tim did enough to win.

It was somewhat close on my card, but I thought Norton did pleny enough to win the rubbermatch with Ali, and my card saw it at 144-141...Norton seemed to have given a couple/few rounds away late in the fight by not doing a whole lot, but I thought the substantial lead he built over the first half of the fight (plus a couple/few rounds late that he won) was more than enough to get the decision in the end. Norton also seemed to have won a few of the rounds he did much more clearly than Ali, who seemed to have JUST edged out the vast majority of the rounds that I gave him.

Roy Jones jr vs Park Si Hun (spelling) was the worst decision of all time.

DLH-Trinidad was atrocious.

DLH-Mosley II was bad, but not AS bad.

DLH-Sturm wasn't right IMO.

Louis-Walcott was bad.

Ali-Norton III in my eyes could have gone either way. NY times had it for Ali too, for what its worth.

Only knocked rocky down once in the 14th. Although Creed dominated Balboa for most of that fight so the decision should have been unanimous for Creed not a SD.

And Creed was well ahead on points in the rematch so he shouldn't have gotten stupid and tried to KO Balboa.

But hey - it's a movie!

he was down at the end of the 1st. and the round 14 knockdown was a classic.

Creed won like 24 of the 30 rounds they fought. Of course he easily beat Balboa.

Yeah, and niether Creed nor Balboa know how to block punches. Haymakers and predictable wind up shots all day long that no one blocks...what a silly series of movies. I will say that the storyline in 1 and 2 are great, but after that, you'd have to stretch me pretty far to believe that knocking out Clubber Lang in the early rounds is an appropriate strategy...Or that Rocky 4 & 5 should even be movies.

Can't wait for 6 against Mason "the Line" Dixon.

To me the first two that come to mind are Delahoya/Trinidad and Delahoya/Mosley 2. Both decisions were terrible.

Balboa dominated the 15th round. 10-8 round. Could have been the difference.

I think the worst decision ever was to place Macho Man after the Sandman in Mike Tyson's Punch Out! I can beat Macho Man in the first round, while Sandman takes a little more patience with the pattern needed to put him away.

They knew how to block punchers. Don't all boxers block punchers with their faces?

De La Hoya-Trinidad wasn't all that terrible. DLH should have won but there were close rounds and it was a close fight.

Nelson-Fenech I, Lewis-Holyfield I, Briggs-Foreman are all a lot worse.

RJJ vs. TarverI

Yeah, sure.

Being nice to Tarver, it was a draw.

whitaker vs chavez had to be the worst, then again whitaker kinda won cuz 1 judge gave it to him and none gave it to chavez. So it really wasnt a draw if u think about it.

DLH vs. Trinidad
RJJ vs. TarverI
Barrera vs. Morales I&II

what was wrong with RJJ vs Tarver??????

Barrera vs Morales II was the only terrible decision of the trilogy

De la Hoya vs Trinidad IS one of the worst decisions, if De la Hoya wouldve gotten it it would mean smething but in Trinidads legacy it doesnt mean ****!

Forrest vs Quartey
