So what's your favorite horror SEQUEL. I would have to go Wes Craven's New Nightmare or Aliens... Amen. It was really odd how they reshot the scenes from the first movie instead of using existing footage, but the movie still ruled ass. I can't really think of any worthwhile sequels, but if you want to see a genuinely scary (foreign) horror flick, watch A Tale of Two Sisters.
