Alright, ya got me there. He got his arse handed to him in that one. I am not a Ruiz fan. Is there such a person? I just think his grab-n-grope style is a very effective defense that befuddles people who seem much better than Ruiz. He is definitely not the best defensive fighter, but I think he ranks towards the top for his ugly, ugly style.

Before the Zab-Spinks fights i would have said that Spinks would have to be up there to.

If you throw in Calderon then you have to mention El Finito Ricardo Lopez, he would fight whole fights without getting hit flush. Mayweather, though, i think has the best D for a higher sized man.

floyd said that the reason why he got hit with those shots... cuz he wanted to make the fight interesting... thats why if you see the fight... he fought in a diff style time to time...
