okay so I'm trying to lose near 100 lbs in a short amount of time

im going to post a pic of myself in this thread when I get my hands on a cam

right now I'm at 303 lb, at the beginning of April I weighed 325, my goal is to get down to 245 lb, or even lighter, if possible. I would be a freakish cruiserweight but it would be insane to lose that much weight.

Basically my routine consist of staying active and consuming 6 small meals a day or less, no oils or fatty foods, I drink this shit called Pembasol in the morning and at night, it has 0 nutritional value but fills you up quickly, the pounds melt off if you exercise and drink this stuff and can maintain your nutrition via vegetables/multivitamins. I've lost 2 pounds in a day just from running at night before I goto sleep, and only eating hard boiled eggs before goin to sleep w/ the Pembasol (2 eggs, no yolk) ..I watch my carbs but in the morning eat like 15-20 frosted mini wheats with a little bit of milk, for lunch i eat something less than 200 cals, I keep my cals very low believe me, my will power is intense and I know what I gotta do. I just wanted to make this thread to give me that extra incentive to get it done so people can follow what i'm doin.

I can already see my abs under this layer of fat I have when I flex, they are well developed already...I just need to lose the fat and I'll look like a greek god... updates, pics, etc to come

Ha Ha you're fat! Losing fat is easy as shit, just eat vegetables and fruits and run your ass everyday. Gaining muscle is way harder than losing fat.

Yeah I'm trying to lift/diet so I can retain some of my strength from 300+ when I get down to 225

btw...Just stepped on the scale and im at 298. Motivated me like a mother****er.Gonna throw a pic up as soon as I get a hold of my boy's camera. I run every night, like .8 of a mile at a somewhat fast pace, i go fast for 1 minute then slow my roll a little then speed up again and always finish strong so I'm tired as hell..I don't like the long runs except maybe once a week ill do a 2.6 mile run but at a slower pace. (no beaches nearby, I heard beaches make running easier for a big man on the legs/joints, not that ive had any problems but i concern about the future)

Beaches are harder to run actually, the sand makes kinda a cushion when you run though. The impact of running is 5 times your body weight on your legs and knees. So thats 1500 pounds on your legs. Just make sure you have good running shoes and you should be good though. If your feet are giving you any probs 95% of the times its shoes.

Yeah, beaches are easier on the joints because there is less impact. If there are no beaches nearby, running on a field also provides a softer surface, better than concrete. Of course it has to be a decent field, if it has too many ruts and bumps and stuff then it might not be good.
