Alright yalls i want to try and get to around 160 pounds by end of march and i weigh an even 130 right now and im 5' 7", without adding bulk and still keeping my "boxing" loosness and flow, is there any way to do this? i was thinking about working my legs because they are kind of unproportioned to my body? any advice? thanks.
