View Full Version : who do u think will beat Nikolai Valuev Built 2 Last 05-28-2006, 12:24 PM i dnt no.....hes quite big...ne one kno his weak points...is he experinced fighter..i mean he does hav 43 wins hemichromis 05-29-2006, 01:28 AM danny williams is gonna fight him at some point but danny always has trouble getting inside a jab rooq 05-29-2006, 05:53 AM i dnt no.....hes quite big...ne one kno his weak points...is he experinced fighter..i mean he does hav 43 wins he'll get beaten by tha first top 10 hw he faces outside germany. chris_cov 05-29-2006, 09:07 AM if danny williams beats skelton i think williams will get the valuev fight and beat him. K-DOGG 05-29-2006, 10:52 AM he'll get beaten by tha first top 10 hw he faces outside germany. This, I tend to agree with; but I actually give Beck a good shot at the upset. paul750 05-29-2006, 11:25 AM I think he can be knocked out. He can certainly be outboxed. I think theres at least 5 or 6 guys who could bet him convincinly. King Koyle 06-01-2006, 12:08 PM This, I tend to agree with; but I actually give Beck a good shot at the upset. I agree that Beck could pull it off.He seems decently quick on his feet for a heavyweight. But I think Lamon would give Valuev hell! RAESAAD 06-01-2006, 12:14 PM he'll get beaten by tha first top 10 hw he faces outside germany. Bam....I am with this guy. K-DOGG 06-01-2006, 02:15 PM I agree that Beck could pull it off.He seems decently quick on his feet for a heavyweight. But I think Lamon would give Valuev hell! Ho, Ho, Ho!! Brewster vs Valuev....can you say, "TIIIMBBEERR!!!!!? :D Hous 06-01-2006, 03:08 PM Hopefully Owen Beck. blockhead 06-01-2006, 04:00 PM valuev will lose to the first fighter he faces that has a pulse. valuev has the most padded record in the sport. Built 2 Last 06-01-2006, 04:15 PM wot u mean by padded GTL 06-01-2006, 06:09 PM wot u mean by padded easy fights.. not taking on a challenge. Im surprised no1 mentioned wlad.. im not a fan of of him at all.. but he will hit him with that jab all night. possibly by KO.. there both tall so it will be a battle of the big men LoftyDog 06-05-2006, 03:15 AM easy fights.. not taking on a challenge. Im surprised no1 mentioned wlad.. im not a fan of of him at all.. but he will hit him with that jab all night. possibly by KO.. there both tall so it will be a battle of the big men I was gonna say Wlad, hes not as big as Valuev but hes close enough, I think Wlad would destroy him. JDizzle79 06-05-2006, 03:17 AM I agree, Wlad would kill him British 06-05-2006, 07:09 PM Wlad Klitschko would do it with ease, either KO him or give him a lesson in worldclass boxing. Also I think Sam Peter on stilts would be in with a good chance of brutally KO'ing him. Nicolay Valuev doing the chicken dance would be ****ing hilarious to say the least. rocco1252 06-05-2006, 07:19 PM Floyd Mayweather Jr baby! Gonna Kick Valuev's Ass KO round 4 Mayweather! italianmafia23 06-06-2006, 06:01 PM Calvin Brock, Wladimir Klitschko, Samuel Peter, Hasim Rahman, Lamon Brewster, hell even James Toney or Chris Byrd. All of these fighters have the potential to not only beat Valuev but to knock him out. Valuev is trash. I have yet to see anything impressive out of him other than his size and his record. LoftyDog 06-07-2006, 02:53 AM Who can beat him, a lot of boxers. Who will beat him, probably nobody because his record will always be padded. Soda_Popinski 06-08-2006, 01:49 AM the only person that will beat Val-u-mart are his handlers...if they keep going like their going now he will retire undefeated.... Soda Southpaw16 06-10-2006, 01:29 AM Won't be Danny Williams, or at least I really don't think so. Shot 06-21-2006, 12:56 PM valuev will lose to the first fighter he faces that has a pulse. valuev has the most padded record in the sport. He was a side show act for many years and wasn't taken serious by whoever promoted him and wasn't trained very well. It was not until he came to Germany that changed. Since then he has improved a lot. I'm not saying he is an excellent boxer just that he is significantly better than he was before. I think the one to beat him is Wlad since Wlad can box and more well from a distance almost similar to Valuev's. I don't think Brewster could beat him except for one of Brewster's lucky punches since Brewster would not be able to box Valuev from a distance and would be pushed around in the infights thereby quickly tire. Dempsey 1919 06-21-2006, 05:40 PM Donald Hoskins. :D Southpaw Stinger 06-21-2006, 06:04 PM Donald Hoskins. Do you really think that Valuev would dare to step into the ring with "that boi?" RockyMarcianofan00 06-22-2006, 02:29 PM Wlad Klitchko will beat Nikolay Valuev IMO Valuev has a very padded record and IMO only faced to "real" contenders who only lost by MD...Wlad is probably the best Heavyweight today Go here for the tale of the Tape I did for Wlad and Valuev http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1569409#post1569409 paulmmv 06-22-2006, 08:41 PM two words wladimir klitschko six85 06-23-2006, 06:02 AM (two words) Mike Tyson (and a couple of more words) during the late 80's but I would love to see the 5'11 Tyson go up against someone who is more than a foot taller than him.. Hard Boiled HK 06-26-2006, 05:24 PM I hate to say it, but I don't think Ali could take this guy...he's just too big and his arms are too long! insaneboxingfan 06-26-2006, 08:43 PM This, I tend to agree with; but I actually give Beck a good shot at the upset. where the hell have you been. he knocked beck out last month insaneboxingfan 06-26-2006, 08:49 PM Vlad's only problem is his weak chin. I've seen a few fights and I've seen him stunned twice in two different fights by overhand rights. So if he runs into somebody with some real power like vlad he could be in some serious trouble. but really I don't think anybody other than vlad really has a chance. ( eventhough something tells me vlad will probably get knocked out in spectacular fasion ) Southpaw Stinger 06-27-2006, 07:41 AM I hate to say it, but I don't think Ali could take this guy...he's just too big and his arms are too long! Liston had longer arms than Valuev - so get your facts right! Larry Donald was schooling Valuev and I think Ruiz got the decision so Ali would have an easy night against him. Floydko1 07-23-2006, 11:14 AM i dnt no.....hes quite big...ne one kno his weak points...is he experinced fighter..i mean he does hav 43 wins Klitchko would do a number on him i think |
