I DO NOT WANT TO DO NO CARDIO, I HATE CARDIO...i need a diet , a strict ,inexpensive , "good tasting" diet, i want to lose 15 lbs , so i can look more ripped... thanks in advance .

Ye well we all want a diet wer the food is great and there is no cardio involved. But it aint happenin. Cardio is integral to weight loss. Jus do some skipping every day or go on a long run every 2-3 days. Also eat lkots of fruit and lean meat, no sweets etc.

Bet you've heard all that before lol

Here's a suggestion: Either face reality and do what it takes, or forget about it.

The diet you're looking for doesn't exist.

Eliminate most if not all the sugar in your diet right now. Try eating more fish, baked chicken, etc. Lower you calorie intake, keep your carbs to somewhere below 40 a day, and drink a lot of water. Try to eat 4 small meals a day. With all of that you must still exercise. That is basically what Im doing now and its working fine.

You need way more than 40 carbs a day if you are an athlete. the only reason you should eat that low of carbs is if your very fat.

Simple rule: don't eat it if it comes in a wrapper. Whether it's a box, bag, bottle, microwaveable container, or is handed out the window at a drive-thru. Eat as much of anything else as you want, and you'll lose weight.

What does that leave? Raw fruits and vegetables. Lean meats -- chicken, turkey, beef jerky, fish -- as much as you want. As much water as you want. Tea or coffee with no sugar.

No soda. No donuts. No candy. No fruit pies. No white bread. No fast food. No beer.

To stay sane, have one meal per week -- I use Sunday night -- to eat ANYTHING you want. Last night I made steak Del Monico (char-broiled New York steak with a drizzle of bleu cheese butter), mashed potatoes, sauteed Brussels sprouts, salad with Feta dressing, and had about half a bottle of wine with it. But breakfast this morning was dry toast, black coffee, and four scrambled egg whites with some smoked salmon and dill. Lunch was a turkey sandwich on homemade bread, about half a pound of strawberries, and iced tea. You can eat interestingly and still eat healthy.

Yeah its tough to find what your looking for Carmine. I've been on a strict diet for 2/3 monthes and good / healthy food is expensive. Plus I can't see you losing to much weight without excercise. The only suggestion I have is to eat normally like you do but stop eating at after dinner. Right there you might gradually drop some pounds depending on your body structure. But seriouslly, if anything take a walk a few times a week.

How did you come up with 15lbs?

The big problem is that people look at their body in a mirror or BMI and say “i need to lose 10 pounds”… This number is a fictional number. You can’t pick a number of pounds to lose without first doing the correct calculations.
