how many sit up's should i do a day to get rid of my fat so i can start to work on my body because when i get hit in the stomach it burns because my skin rubs.

to get rid of your fat and become ripped you have to lower your overall body fat. You cannot target exercise a specific area, the body itself chooses where to burn fat from. To get your body fat lower, ea t healthier, cut out all junk food and do cardio. Strength training also helps but is not necessary.

No amount of situps a day will make your fat disappear.

Use as much energy every day as possible, and always eat less calories than you use. The ONLY way to lose that fat.

sit ups will never remove fat. u have to cutt your diet down and increase the amount of situps week by weeek.

in 6 weeeks u may see a difference

not if u do raise's. coz u strenthen your lower back muscles
