how many sit up's should i do a day to get rid of my fat so i can start to work on my body because when i get hit in the stomach it burns because my skin rubs.

You cannot target exercise a specific area, the body itself chooses where to burn fat from. To get your body fat lower, ea t healthier, cut out all junk food and do cardio.
