Please name more then one, I need to improve on this. throw the jab out fast and bring it back just as fast or faster. same with other punchs. also get the 1 pound dumbbells shadow box with them 1 round then without them another round. or use 16 oz gloves then after a few round switch to light bag gloves. but importanly in my opinion is remember to throw and bring back your punch as fast as you can, and as you punch pay attention to when you make a fist. it shouldn't be at the start of a punch, but just before you make contact on bag or opponet and make sure you get the snap into your punch by turning over your punch. and don't "take a picture" when you delivered a good punch, remember to bring your punch back and deliver the other punch. examply you see mosley take a picture after he throws a good right, or overhand right, and sometime if his opponet isn't hurt he has to start all over, when he should have just keep punching and if his opponet falls he falls.
