What size gloves do yall sparr with? i just bought 14oz gloves would that b too small to spar and train with

no its good. but if you want to learn to take a punch use smaller like 10 or 8.

yeah, what Iceman said. and i think most people use 16oz. there are gyms that only allow 16oz for sparring.

at our gym we use 14 oz gloves to spar

you could use 20 oz. lol

we use 12's at my gym. actually there are a few guys with 16's too. i think 12's are a good compromise between protection and realism

above 165lbs, it's 12 ounce.

our gym depenmds on your weight..the heavyweights use 20 oz glvoes

then 175 16oz
150 14oz
130 12oz

the whole point of it is because everyone sparrs everyone and the heavyweights cant come crashing on lightweights heads with 14 ounce gloves
