I just started trining last week and I need to know what to eat everyday and how mutch. I want to know if proformance drinks(protine, mucsle, fat burnners) are good and witch work and don't work.

Supplements arent the most adviseable thing to be honest, i have tried a large number, whey protien, fat metabolisers, creatine, however most have very little effect, the only ne i still use and would swear by are protein shakes after a work out(this is only if you are doing weight training and trying to build muscle mass) my reasons for this are purely biological as the main component needed in producing all body tissue(not just muscle) is protein!!! so even if you decide not to use the shakes but still want to build muscle a large amount of protein in your diet is adviseable, ie red meat, tuna, etc. Hope this helps!!!

You just have to eat and eat healthy.

This is what I try to stick to.

For breakfest 3 eggs, an orrange, bacon (yeah whatever, I need some fat), a bannana, protein shake.

For lunch Ill have a beef paddy (lots of protein there).

For dinner I try to eat like a big steak or some chicken breasts with rice and some salad.

Then I have my work out where I just drink eggs and protein shakes before/after/in between the work out session.

For supper Ill have the same type of thing as for dinner, just a heavy meal with meat.

And then Ill eat something heavy again, drink a few eggs before I go to sleep.

I dont drink them to an extent to get biotin deffciency.
Just 2 eggs between workouts when I dont have the time to boil them.
