atm im no where near havin n e amatuer fights so i dont need to get used to it or anything but what does everyone think of it? does it actually absorb much? does it give u confidence? do spar with it? would u bother? ive never used it in my life just wondering..

the headgear they use in amateur boxing has virtually no protection, well except ur ears, i dont know why they even bother putting them on fighters.

the amatuer headgears wear 10 ounces...smaller...move your head easier....i have an everflast one..without cheeks
